The Story of Life

You know, life is fascinating if you really think about it.
I mean....We come into this world on the verge of death. Those first minutes after we come out of our mother's womb are the most important minutes of our life.
We began life so pure....So innocent. Completely oblivious to the struggles that lie ahead.
In our infant life, our imagination is at its prime. Ideas are continously flowing to our heads. We just want to play and explore and discover.
We get into our preteen years....We discover that we are not kids anymore but don't realize that we are not grownups yet either. We try to find anyway to prove ourselves as grownup. This is the time where we think we need to discover ourselves and our "crowd." We start to experiment. One day we are "prep" and the next "jock". We wake up the next day and we realize that we are goth. The cycle continues on into highschool where we so wonderfully discover the aches, pain, exhilaration, and fun of those lovely littles things called hormones.
We start to gain feelings for another one. Whether they are of a different sex or the same. We find that one person and our senses start to ignite. At the sight of them the hairs of your arms start to raise, your heart starts to beat, you may even start to sweat. Their touch sends shivers through your body and yet their smell gives you a sense of comfort. You notice every little detail about them. Eventually....You become infatuated with this person. They become the main focus of your thoughts. Your first crush.
If they like you return, then great. Your infatuation has paid off. You finally get to experience the warmth of a significant other. You feel on top of the world because you have someone who is infatuated with you. Someone whose senses flare at the sight of you. You began to build a bond with this person and you start to share and trade manurisms. Could this be love?
Things seem to be going great until for whatever reason, the relationship ends. It seems like your world had just came crashing down. You get this unwanted, and unfamiliar feeling that appears to emptiness. A lump develops in your throat and your mood turns sour. You eyes start to swell with tears and it feels like your heart is literally breaking. You think your life is over and yet....Life does go on from here.
